Privacy Policy

ThermoMaster Heating & Cooling (Thermomaster HVAC LLC, Palatine, Illinois) respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, phone number, email (if given), town, the service you need and your message, when you fill in a form, call, text or email us.
• When we work for you: your service address, equipment details and photos from the visit, and records of estimates, invoices and payments. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we never store full card or account numbers.
• Basic website logs: our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule and perform service, and send estimates, reports, invoices and receipts.
• To send reminders about appointments and, after a visit, a request for feedback or a review. Leaving a review is always optional.
• To keep records the law requires and to protect against fraud.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number and send a form, you agree that we may call or text you about your request. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: website and email hosting, our scheduling and invoicing software, payment processing (Stripe), email and text delivery, and financing partners if you apply for financing. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep service and billing records as long as needed for warranties and as required by law, and delete form messages we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Call (224) 389-4430 or email contact@thermomasterair.com. We will not ask for more information than we need to confirm it's you.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
